WOL will revolutionise the way we work and collaborate in the future. Rather by chance, I came across a course called ‘Working Out Loud (WOL)’ on the adesso eCampus, which really excited me and still does today. In my blog post, I will present the WOL method in greater detail and demonstrate the concrete benefits for employees and companies.

Dogs are man’s best friend. This applies just as well at home as at the workplace as demonstrated by adesso, which has dog-friendly policies at many of its offices across Germany. In this blog post, I will present the advantages and challenges of having a four-legged friend as the newest member of the team who you can spend time with between project meetings or when you are off on a coffee break.

Servant leadership is a modern leadership philosophy that focuses on the well-being of employees and achieving goals. It sees managers primarily pursue the idea of standing by their employees and supporting them in their development instead of relying solely on authority and control.
